I am retired from Army on completion of 32 years of service. At the time of my retirement my medical category was CEE [P], But I am not getting my disability pension of 20% as recommended by the Medical Authorities. Can any one clarify my entitlement.PCDA Pension rejected my claim stating I am not entitled for the same  even though  it was recommended by the Medical Board for 20%.
